How It Works
The Repair Process

Create Order Creating an order is simple. Type your part number into the search box and add the service to your shopping cart. From there follow the onscreen prompts. It takes about 5 minutes or less to create a service order. If you don't know your part number give us a call!

Print Instructions Once you complete your order you will receive an email with your receipt and very specific Instructions. Simply follow them the best you can. Call us if you get lost because it's important you follow them to ensure your repair process goes smoothly.

Pack and Ship One of your most important steps! Make sure you read the instructions and follow them as closely as possible. This will ensure your order doesn't get delayed once it arrives. You can ship your part to us using any major carrier of your choosing.

Arrival Once your part arrives, it will be processed in. We document all contents sent and make sure all needed parts were sent. In the event you did not include something, we will contact you. You are then placed into the repair queue.

Repair Time Once you are placed into the queue you will receive an email update. It takes about 10-12 business days to complete your repair, but given the nature of our work, delays can and do happen from time to time. Same day repairs are available if needed for an additional fee.

Repaired and Returned Once we complete the repair we will send you an email with your tracking number. We process shipments the same day it's repaired. Shipments are picked up the very next morning. Standard shipping is about 3-4 days, but expedited shipping is available.

Bosch Appliance Error Codes

Failure Code	Fault Code Description	Solution
F32	Lower oven temperature sensor failure; an open or short circuit in the lower oven sensor wiring	Check all connections, especially P24 on the power board. Unplug the sensor connector and check sensor resistance (approximately 1080 ohms at room temperature with connector remove). Remember to reconnect it. Check that neither sensor wire is open or pinched to the appliance chassis. Check that the solder joint in header P24 on the power board are not broken. If sensor is OK, replace power board.
F41	Upper (or single) oven motorized latch will not lock; defective or jammed upper (or single) oven door or latch switches; defective latch motor or its wiring.	Check P24 connector on the power board. Ensure door latch switches are operating properly. Check that neither latch switch nor common wires are pinched to the appliance chassis. Check that the solder joints in header P24 on the power board are not broken. Check P10 connector and check if latch motor wire is pinched to the appliance chassis.
F42	Lower motorized latch will not lock; defective or jammed lower oven door or latch switches; defective latch motor or its wiring.	Check P24 connector on the power board. Ensure door latch switches are operating properly. Check that neither latch switch nor common wires are pinched to the appliance chassis. Check P10 connector and check if latch motor wire is pinched to the appliance chassis. If F42 persists, replace power board.
F43	Upper (or single) oven motorized latch will not lock; defective or jammed upper (or single) oven door or latch switches; defective latch motor or its wiring.	Check P24 connector on the power board. Ensure door latch switches are operating properly. Check that neither latch switch nor common wires are pinched to the appliance chassis. Check P10 connector and check if latch motor wire is pinched to the appliance chassis. If F43 persists, replace power board.
F44	Lower motorized latch will not lock; defective or jammed lower oven door or latch switches; defective latch motor or its wiring.	Check P24 connector on the power board. Ensure door latch switches are operating properly. Check that neither latch switch nor common wires are pinched to the appliance chassis. Check P10 connector and check if latch motor wire is pinched to the appliance chassis.
F45	Upper (or single) oven motorized latch will not lock; defective or jammed upper (or single) oven door or latch switches; defective latch motor or its wiring.	Check P24 connector on the power board. Ensure door latch switches are operating properly. Check that neither latch switch nor common wires are pinched to the appliance chassis. If F45 persists, replace power board.
