Details
This is a lifetime warranty subscription plan. This warranty follows the same terms and conditions as our 1 year warranty with the option to renew the service each subsequent year following the initial year following the repair of your control board. The warranty must be purchased within the first year of completed service. $50 will be due to initiate the service and is non-refundable. Your payment method on file will be charged on the same day each year automatically until you manually cancel this warranty. You must cancel your warranty by phone and receive a confirmation number of your cancellation. Please note that this warranty does NOT cover shipping charges at any point. This protection plan covers labor and non-proprietary parts for the lifetime of your part's life cycle. If a board is damaged beyond repair this warranty does NOT cover replacements. Once your card has been charged, your service is active for 12 months following the date of this purchase. At no point is this warranty refundable once the card has been charged. The only way a refund will be permitted is if the charge is due to error on our part due to a cancellation that was not fully completed on our end. Please make sure you get your confirmation number if you decide to cancel.

How It Works

The Repair Process

    Create Order Creating an order is simple. Type your part number into the search box and add the service to your shopping cart. From there follow the onscreen prompts. It takes about 5 minutes or less to create a service order. If you don't know your part number give us a call!

    Print Instructions Once you complete your order you will receive an email with your receipt and very specific Instructions. Simply follow them the best you can. Call us if you get lost because it's important you follow them to ensure your repair process goes smoothly.

    Pack and Ship One of your most important steps! Make sure you read the instructions and follow them as closely as possible. This will ensure your order doesn't get delayed once it arrives. You can ship your part to us using any major carrier of your choosing.

    Arrival Once your part arrives, it will be processed in. We document all contents sent and make sure all needed parts were sent. In the event you did not include something, we will contact you. You are then placed into the repair queue.

    Repair Time Once you are placed into the queue you will receive an email update. It takes about 10-12 business days to complete your repair, but given the nature of our work, delays can and do happen from time to time. Same day repairs are available if needed for an additional fee.

    Repaired and Returned Once we complete the repair we will send you an email with your tracking number. We process shipments the same day it's repaired. Shipments are picked up the very next morning. Standard shipping is about 3-4 days, but expedited shipping is available.
