How It Works
The Repair Process

Create Order Creating an order is simple. Type your part number into the search box and add the service to your shopping cart. From there follow the onscreen prompts. It takes about 5 minutes or less to create a service order. If you don't know your part number give us a call!

Print Instructions Once you complete your order you will receive an email with your receipt and very specific Instructions. Simply follow them the best you can. Call us if you get lost because it's important you follow them to ensure your repair process goes smoothly.

Pack and Ship One of your most important steps! Make sure you read the instructions and follow them as closely as possible. This will ensure your order doesn't get delayed once it arrives. You can ship your part to us using any major carrier of your choosing.

Arrival Once your part arrives, it will be processed in. We document all contents sent and make sure all needed parts were sent. In the event you did not include something, we will contact you. You are then placed into the repair queue.

Repair Time Once you are placed into the queue you will receive an email update. It takes about 10-12 business days to complete your repair, but given the nature of our work, delays can and do happen from time to time. Same day repairs are available if needed for an additional fee.

Repaired and Returned Once we complete the repair we will send you an email with your tracking number. We process shipments the same day it's repaired. Shipments are picked up the very next morning. Standard shipping is about 3-4 days, but expedited shipping is available.

Enjoy! Once your part arrives, you are good to go! Reinstall your part and get back to business!

Shipping and Payment Details

Shipping:

Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your shipping. If you live in an area outside the United States, simply call us and we will quote you.

We use the following Carriers for shipping packages

·UPS: For small to medium size packages

·USPS: For small to medium size packages

·FedEx: For small to medium size packages

·Freight Carrier: For items too large to send via USPS/UPS/FedEx

PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT ALL ITEMS SHIPPED VIA FREIGHT CARRIER TAKE SIGNIFICANTLY LONGER THAN ITEMS SHIPPED VIA USPS/UPS/FedEx. THIS IS A FACTOR THAT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. SHIPMENTS SENT VIA FREIGHT CARRIER ON AVERAGE ARRIVE WITHIN 7-12 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, BUT THIS CAN BE DELAYED DURING PEAK SEASONS, SEASONS WHERE INCLEMENT WEATHER IS PRESENT, OR SITUATIONS WHERE YOUR ADDRESS IS IN AN AREA THAT IS HARD TO REACH BY THE FREIGHT CARRIER.

Credit Card/Debit Card:

All credit card purchases will be process through our GeoTrust SSL(Secure Socket Layer) encrypted checkout process. We use PayFlow as our electronic gateway. If you don’t see the PayFlow or GeoTrust logos when you are making your purchase, DO NOT CONTINUE as you may not be on our secure website. Our processing logo stamps are added to our site for added protection against identity theft. If at any point you do not feel that you are on a secure site, please call us immediately.

EFT Transfer (Electronics Funds Transfer)

EFT transfers are transfers done directly from your bank to our bank. They are very secure and reliable form of payment. Since this type of payment is required to be completed over the phone, it is reserved only for large purchases exceeding $5000.00 or more. Exceptions can be made on an individual basis at the discretion of TheTVshack officers.

PayPal

PayPal customers may use your PayPal information at the checkout. If you have a PayPal debit card we encourage you to use our regular credit card option as you will earn cash back rewards on your card if you use your card instead of your PayPal login. We also save a little bit of money on the processing which in turn helps us continue to offer great pricing to our customers.

Google Wallet

Google Wallet customers may use their Google wallet information to make payment. Simply click on the Google Wallet option when purchasing your item and you will be able to make payment that way.
