    Shipping Charges Shipping isn't cheap! That's why we cover it no questions asked for the first 60 days for all warranty claims, EVEN if it's your fault that you have to send it back! How awesome is that?

    Damage in Transit Mailing things can be a bit of a hassle, but don't stress, as long as we paid for the shipping you are covered if it gets damaged during transit.

    Damage by 3rd Party Everyone makes mistakes, including the professionals who install these parts for a living. If you hire someone to install it and they make a mistake and damage the part, no problem, we warranty that too.

    Everything Else We could spend days listing all the things that could cause damage, but we won't because it's all covered! As long as the part hasn't been damaged to the point of no return it's covered!
Service Fees - Exlcusions - Refunds - Expectations
 
  • Now for the part where we talk about all the things no one wants to talk about... There are some important things you need to know before you decide to do business with us. Customer Service and Integrity are very important to us. Which is why we take the time to outline all the "fine print" of our terms and conditions. We encourage everyone to read them but we have picked out the most important things you need to know BEFORE you choose to do business with us.

    Diagnostic Fee While our job is very rewarding, it is also very stressful and time-consuming. As such, all orders have a $49.99 diagnostic fee built into the price. This portion of what you pay is non-refundable regardless of outcome and becomes non-refundable the day your part arrives at our facility. If you purchase our service, you are agreeing to this.

    Time To Complete Repair The majority of our orders are shipped out in 7 business days or less starting the morning AFTER your part arrives. This is not a guarantee on time. Delays can and do happen. Because we are all normal people with families and lives outside of work, please understand that we pour our heart and soul into EVERY order, no matter how long it takes.

    Keypads/Touchpads Keypads/Touchpads whether built into the part we are repairing or separate, are NOT included in our repair fee unless you are purchasing specifically a repair service for such. However, if you send the keypad/touchpad with the control board we will diagnose it for free! If it is malfunctioning we will quote you the cost of repair or replacement.

    Accidental Order Refunds If you order this service by mistake, or, you change your mind, no problem! You have 30 days from the time of purchase to request a full refund if your part was never sent to us. If we receive your part prior to your request the diagnostic fee of $49.99 will be charged and is non-refundable. The remaining portion of the service fee is refundable.

    Non-Repairable Orders Unfortunately, in our industry not everything can be repaired. If your part can't be repaired we will retain the diagnostic fee of $49.99 and refund the remaining amount. Please know that we do everything in our power to repair your part, if it is deemed non-repairable it's a decision that was not made lightly.

    Shipping Charges Shipping charges are refundable as long as the item hasn't been shipped. If your part was deemed non-repairable and you have us recycle it, shipping charges you paid will be refunded. If we at any point in the transaction ship the part to you the shipping charges become non-refundable.

    Proprietary Parts Circuit boards can contain proprietary components. Proprietary components contain protected data or components that were made specifically for that part. Micro-Controllers, Screens, Transformers, and Keypads are proprietary. If they need to be replaced, there will be an additional fee based on the cost of the component needed.

    Donor List If a proprietary component is bad and can't be immediately sourced, we will give you the option of keeping the order active while we hunt down the proprietary component needed to complete the repair. Choosing to go on the donor list makes the entire service non-refundable due to the time investment to locate the component.

    Order Abandonment We correspond via email primarily. When we contact you it will first be by email, then by phone. We will call twice and leave a message twice. If we do not hear back for 60 consecutive calendar days, we will consider the order abandoned and the funds paid that have not been utilized will be converted to store credit that never expires.
